Our team of skilled, passionate embroiderers, printers, and designers have been creating apparel for over 30 years, working with everyone from local Shakopee schools and athletic departments, to clients such as Amazon Fulfillment Services and Ditch Witch of Minnesota and Iowa.

SCREEN PRINTING

We all have a little ink in our blood at Valley Sports, and we are confident we can take your ideas and make them a reality. Bring us your design, preferably in a .AI or .EPS format, or have our talented design team create the artwork for you.* 

We can also help you choose the right apparel for your team via our robust selection of vendors, or you can bring in your own garments.**

From there, our printers will take your design and create a screen, through which a layer of ink will be applied to the surface of your apparel. Separate screens will apply each color individually, building up layers until your design is complete. Since this precise, intensive process is done by hand, there are set-up fees to cover creating each color screen, as well as ink and equipment. We also price based on minimum order quantities, so the more apparel you order, the less each piece will cost.

HEAT PRESS / VINYL

Do you need a name, a number, or a Shakopee Sabers logo on your shirt, but don't want to wait a long time for it? How does five minutes sound? Heat Pressing may be right for you.

We have a selection of letter and number sizes and colors to meet your garment customization needs, as well as a variety of Shakopee spirit wear designs. Simply bring us a piece of apparel, whether it be yours or one from in-store, and using our heat press, we'll apply one of our long-lasting decals while you wait. Lettering starts at .50 cents/letter, with a 7.00 minimum. This is the perfect solution for showing your school pride, and fast.

Ordering your company logo in a heat press format is also an option; please enquire for pricing at our Contact page.

EMBROIDERY

For a homespun touch, our excellent embroiderers will take your design and bring it to vivid life with multicolored thread. We can stitch hats, blankets, shirts, bags, letter jackets, and other garments with your name, your team, or your company logo.

Using your artwork, we'll digitize* it, translating it to a threading format. Then we can help you select apparel from one of our excellent vendors, or you can bring in your own products.**

From there, our needles get moving, and the end result is a handmade, professional look for your team or employees.
